JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

This is a substantial role in Small Commodity Wholesale team who will take charge of one of the regions for:

  • Coordinate regional distributors’ quarterly and monthly wholesale plans.
  • Communicate with wholesalers to understand market landscape and wholesale Key Business Drivers.
  • Lead coverage and distribution expansion plan alignment, execution, tracking, review and optimization.
  • Be accountable for key projects sell in and execution.
  • Develop distributor's capability and fully enable distributor team.
  • Daily operation work with distribution’s sales team.
  • Forecast distributor’s demand based on distributor’s inventory and sell through status.


Qualifications:

  • Strong ownership, self-discipline, fast learning ability, to think and act as a business professional.
  • Skills: Strong communication, planning skills and strong English communication skills, accountable for all detail process and keeping compliance.
  • Knowledge: Understand market landscape.
  • Training: Training capability to develop customers’ sales team.
  • Experience: Better to have distributor management or coverage experience.
  • Flexibility: A flexible schedule of business travel.
  • Location: Based in Guangzhou and have flexibility to relocate to other city.
