We are looking for a Data Platform Manager to join us at our IT hub in Poland. Within this role you will lead standard methodologies in IT operations, be hands-on in understanding solution technology and architecture to deliver high quality and efficient Consumer Data Platform IT operations in P&G Digital Brand and Consumer Experiences organisation.

With us you will:

  • Directly responsible for end to end delivery of Consumer Data Platform and integrated applications operations for Europe region, as a key member of the global C360 Consumer Data Platform (CDP) Operation team and maintain tight linkages and relations with brand and brand agency users on a global scale both internally & externally.

  • Monitor and maintain governance of key ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

  • processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, issue management, capacity and performance management and operational important metric reporting and analytics.

  • Define and lead the implementation of effective integrated operational model including important metric definitions and goals setting (process owner working directly with business and IT owners) for P&G brand marketing program launches as part of the C360 program.

  • Drive the continuous operational improvement effort by leveraging deep operational analytics skills, developing CDP platform and data integration proficiency and incorporating industry best practices (Site Reliability Engineering) to continuously upgrade own technical skills, to understand and influence selected applications’ architecture and supporting infrastructure.


Apply if you have;

  • A Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated passion in IT operations with ITIL process knowledge and Consumer Data Platform domain knowledge are a plus.
  • Experience of handling suppliers in outsourcing contracts, ability to work in multivendor environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate effectively in English to convey complex technical information to regional/global area experts, and discuss/present expert matters confidently.
  • A certification in ITIL Intermediate (highly desirable).
