Sales is an organization within P&G that is responsible for managing the P&G business and our relationships with Canada’s largest retailers. When you join the Sales function at P&G, you hit the ground running. Utilizing proprietary research, industry & brand understanding, and real data, you will create and present your own business plans to your customer, then execute your plan through managing a multimillion-dollar budget.


As an eCommerce Manager, you do more than “sell”. You become a strategy consultant, working with lobal retailers on the biggest brands in Canada. You will have the chance to activate and iterate on your ideas in the areas of merchandising, assortment, and marketing. The work is fast-paced and ever evolving as you build the trajectory of this growing retail channel for P&G.



To be successful in Sales, you must be a leader, a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. You are also someone who sets priorities, follows through on commitments and understands how to analyze data to help drive decision making. For the eCommerce Manager role, experience in applying big data analytics techniques across multiple projects and knowledge of analytics tools like KNIME, Power Pivot, and Power BI would be an asset. Candidates with 2 to 10 years’ experience in eCommerce and/or key account management (especially in the consumer goods sector) would find this position to be a good fit. A Bachelors or Master’s degree is required.
