Working in sales, you will influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For consumer accounts, this involves making recommendations on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior. YOUR ROLE As an Account Manager, you´ll directly take meaningful and impacting responsibilities as of day 1. You´ll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets. You will need to: • Analyzing market landscape, customers and consumers’ insights to gain competitive strategies and effective growth plans in business delivery. • Leading customer category growth via joint business planning and execution to create superior customer value and win with the customer and shopper. • Leading digital commerce evolution through in depth understanding of key business drivers, i-Omni business models and cost to serve to drive and commercialize value for P&G and customers. • Selling in plan with conceptual selling skill, managing conflicts, handling disagreement, understanding retailers’ needs, industry dynamics and best practice proactively • Delivering sales, offtake, trade spend & investment effectiveness, customer fundamental across offline instore/online and forecast accuracy • Managing monthly forecast, distribution, pricing promotion, shelving, merchandising strategy and investing trade fund in line with stewardship guidance. • Building collaborative business relationship with internal multi-functional teams and external customers/partners. Qualifications: WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Minimum 4 years sales/ key account management/ trade marketing/ marketing experience in consumer goods industry or other related service industries. • Experience handling major retail channels such as hyper, super, convenient stores OR personal care & beauty drug chains. Multiple channels or customers experience is a plus. • A proven track record of demonstrating great leadership to deliver outstanding business results and exceeding targets with strong mindset of governance and productivity. • A proven track record of collaboration and negotiation with customer. • A proven track record of executing winning plans with key retailers via joint business planning and superior retail execution. • Strong leadership, selling skill, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and champion productivity. • Master of category growth strategy, data analysis, budget management and ability to navigate through complex business and organization situations and come up with solutions. • A bachelor's or master's degree.
