Department Human Resources Business Partner
Description • Act as the product supply Human Resource biz partner, provide Human Resource solutions to serve the business needs, typically includes staffing, organization assessment and design, team efficiency, culture building, employee engagement • Lead the site capability building project to enable future manufacturing capability needs, including establish/renewal the talent proficiency model based on the biz needs, craft effective capability building programs • Build positive employee relation and labor relation in the organization, be responsible for local HR policy update and proactive policy education to key partners (e.g. managers and employees), stewardship culture building, Employee Relation case handling, etc.
Qualifications: • 2+ Year Human Resource experience. Proficient in English writing and speaking. • Demonstrable knowledge in employee/labor relation, basic labor law, and organization capability building. • Fast learner and has independent/logical thinking. • Has good social skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals • Fast Paced Consumer Goods and supply chain related Human Resource background is helpful.Apply Now
