About this position
The Analyst is responsible of delivering a sustained competitive advantage for P&G Hair Care Brands at Perfumeries Stores. This is accomplished by building a long-lasting relationship between P&G and Perfumeries Store Owners/Managers.
1. Visit Top Perfumeries stores regularly to motivate and build the relationship with the Store Owners/Managers, and key store personnel.
2. Develop the capability of being a true Beauty Expert, both on Category/Products, as well as, P&G brands.
3. Be the eyes of P&G Hair Care in the channel: must work with Trade on what needs to be done to win, bring information regarding new launches and promotions of the channel.
4. Increase demand for P&G Brands products by influencing the Store Owners/Managers to build distribution and create demand at stores for P&G Hair Care brands. Bring strategic consumer direction and create a collaborative environment where consumer focused business plans are developed, implemented, and measured, which improves operating results for Hair Care and Store Owners.
5. Train Beauty Consultants in P&G Hair Care Brands, to develop a scalable plan with positive ROI.

The candidate must reside in the city of the position or in the cities nearby.
The candidate must have a two year experience in Merchandising (propagandista).
Knowlegde of Belo Horizonte region.
Availability for travel.
IT knowledge (Office, Outlook).
Bachalor degree (in progress or complete).
Analytics and problem solving skills.
