From Day 1, Account Managers must draw on creative and data-driven insights to shape business strategy.

Sales Managers at P&G

P&G Sales Account Managers are critical to the business, representing products from P&G's consumer business sectors of grocery, retail, wholesale or mass merchandising accounts. Other Account Manager positions manage our business in the professional products area with accounts such as foodservice distributors, restaurants, hotels, schools, and other institutions.

In your first year as an Account Manager, you will learn about your accounts, products, industry, and the Company's business practices. Account Managers influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For consumer accounts, this involves developing assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies – all based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior. Account Managers consult with their partners to design joint business plans that deliver brand volume and share objectives. We are seeking leaders, analytical thinkers, problem solvers, and excellent communicators.

Qualifications
You should have:
  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • 0 - 5 years Direct Sales experience in a similar category or industry
  • A valid driver's license
  • Able to travel on the job and relocate throughout career
