Profile: College graduated in economics /administration

Qualifications: 3 years experience, pharmaceutical and governmental knowledge.

You´re responsible for the governmental channel follow up, easing the bidding participations, adjudications or sector inclusions, looking to assure the divisions results with rentability. Additionally, you´ll be the connection for the inclusion of our medicines in basic squares and assurances.

Your role as Government Coordinator:

  1. Coordinate and capitalize the opportunities in public tender and/or private governmental institutions.
  2. Encourage financial objectives.
  3. Guarantee the incorporation of our portfolio in basic schedules.
  4. Striving for the improvement of new segments (hospitality, banks and assurances).
  5. Build plans and define strategies ad hoc to the channel, as well as administrating the investment according to the politics and procedures.
  6. Assure the service level, cover the billing objective, sell out & in of the products portfolio.
  7. Execute the according plans for the development and government participation.
  8. Generate wide analysis which provides greater trust ability and allows the continuation of the investment and assures better profitability.
  9. Relationships with staff members, key leaders and decision makers.

Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Minimal of 3 years in similar role experience.
  • Knowledge in governmental health system (develop and bidding participations).
  • Repositions command management.
  • Sells forecast.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage / enable / energize the multifunctional team and execute plans with perfection.
  • Strong oral and written English.
  • Social skills.
