Description ROLE OVERVIEW OF TRADE MARKETING/CATEGORY SPECIALIST: As Trade marketing/Category Specialist, you will be responsible for key categories’ development / launches / promotion planning with our important customers. This makes sure our brands are choice for shoppers. Importantly, traits such as leadership collaboration, and solution oriented are need to succeed. CORE RESPONSIBILITY: • Plan and execute customer x category growth strategies and launches with strong category/product/shopper mastery • Drive best instore execution to win in customer categories, including Shelving/POSM/Trade Plan Maximization and etc. • Conduct in-depth analysis to enable decision making and category growth strategy formation • Drive efficient spending planning and executions with ROI Optimization • Plan and coordinate with multiple functions with leadership and ownership to complete category projects for long term company/category growth WHAT WE OFFER YOU: • You will have business responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start of working on key brands from the beginning. Qualifications: WHAT WE LOOKING FOR: • Good knowledge and skills in computer usage, words, excel, access, PowerPoint • Good command on language (English & Mandarin) • Strong initiative and follow-through, able to communicate well with different levels of organizations • Very strong and good sense to data and its accuracy • Able to manager & follow-through detailed • Pleasant, cheerful and able to work under pressure • Graduates with good academic records in any major field are invited to apply • Willing to work overtime if task is under short lead time & is emergency This is important to note: • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. • P&G is an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity at our company.
