As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable and lead end to end recruitment process by collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the process of sourcing, attraction, selection and offer management with a cost effective and time efficient guideline. You will become recruiting specialist in experienced hire across all functions (i.e. Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, R&D) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Play as a strategic recruiting advisor to business by providing market intelligence in supporting recruiting strategy • Engage with recruiter/hiring managers to align talent mapping criterial • Develop sourcing solutions to attract the best talents addressing immediate and/or future talent needs • Build up network in talent market for talent pipeline, keep passionate connection with passive candidates, be ready to reactivate the talent pool • Proactively create and maintain talent pool and support talent pipelines by effectively attracting / sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, agencies and employee referral platform etc. • Partner with external recruiting resources (job board and search firms, etc.) and also cultivate talent resources. • Share quality coaching on recruitment standards and protect company equity as needed to related partners • Evaluate candidate, make matches and advise hiring managers on talent availability • Keep aware of competitor dynamics and industry trends, be external focus to enable counterpart with mastery insight • Be compatible with candidate and bring them through the hiring process with vital support to ensure outstanding experiences until the final on-boarding process
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor Degree or above, with good written English skill • Minimum 2 years of experience in running full-function recruiting process in a sophisticated, diverse and fast-moving environment – either with background from in-house recruiter or recruitment agency in FMCG industry • Knowledge of the FMCG industry, including key players, business and competitiveness in the talent market. Preferred qualifications: • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills with the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with growing demands • Always being accountable, self-motivated, willing to help, passionate to recruitment work, could work under pressure • With good communication skills and being maturely to handle conflicts, talented to explore and leverage resources from both internal and external This is important to note: • Rolling-based selection.
