Description Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a driven professional with a real passion for business, who comes from a background of Trade Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing. With us you will be: • Developing strategic, integrated trade plans (channel plans, promotions, in-store programs etc.) liaising with sales team, multi-functional team and customers that tie in with overall brand strategy to drive sales and market share growth across different channels. • Reviewing trade strategies and plan to drive continuous improvement. This includes: • Monitoring and analyzing customer/shopper insights to gain and drive competitive strategies and effective growth plans across channels. • Managing monthly forecasting, distribution strategy and other relevant go-to-market initiatives. • Monitoring and managing trade budget and continuously seeking for opportunities to drive business goals. • Developing category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling. • Ensuring strategies and plans are consistent with company's stewardship guidelines.
Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years trade marketing/ sales/ marketing experience in FMCG or other related service industries with proven track record of leading projects in a diverse multi-functional team. • Previous Key Account experience is an advantage. • Strong ability in strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and navigating complex business and organization situations. • Passionate for success and an energetic leader. • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds, and proven track record of bringing out the best in people. • Self-motivated with a proven successful track record in achieving outstanding business objectives.
