Description Role Purpose- Summary As Digital Social Manager, you are an expert resource for Category full-funnel digital marketing & Execution supported by multi-agencies. SPOC for pull content integration and its digital utilization and accountable to category Commercial leader on performance of digital campaign, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Social Media Planning Strategy & Performance Optimization - Recommend social media plan based on campaign performance and data that deliver the brief from category leader - Monitor the media effectiveness and generate learnings for media planning, accountable for digital reach & conversion optimization by working with media agency - Maximize ROAS across paid digital channels and develop ongoing reports to measure and performance media ROI - Act as Social COE team to train across categories on social capabilities 2. Content Creation & Influencer Strategy - Develop content strategy, calendar and platform choice on project basis - Own category social influencer (Celebrity/KOL/KOC) strategies and evaluate performance - Identify opportunities of social commerce such as Livestreaming and KOL O2O strategy - Brief Designer to carry out AB testing on content to drive traffic, engagement & conversion - Manage & execute direct communication to consumer via eDM, social media and landing page 3. Site Performance Optimization - Identify site Optimization Define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive SEO and conversion from site - Analyse data from GA, social listening and lead social insight & idea generation - Maximize brand awareness and product exposure through partner eCommerce sites and associated marketing tools to optimize purchase funnel SKILLS REQUIRED Lead With Courage • Lead and build the social core team with self-learning drive in latest trend in social and digital landscape. • Use judgement in dealing with complex and diverse social environment and lead on innovation • Able to influence and engage business leaders with insights and strategies Execute With Excellence • High bar on pull content from idea to delivery with excellent project execution skills. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Ensures agencies have the knowledge, skills, resource and tools to deliver the desired service. Qualifications: 1. At least 5 years of working experience in relevant social media areas but not limit , experience in start-up will also be considered Media / Digital Analytical & Optimization Skills 1. Hands-on experience with running marketing campaigns and using digital platforms and campaign management tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, etc.) 2. Highly fluent and analytical in deriving insights from data (Google Analytics, etc.) with ability to identify the relation between content, media with daily sales 3. Good knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UX, A/B tests, with the knowhow to derive consumer insights 4. Understanding on site pixel installation, website tagging and retargeting methods for social media and brand sites is a plus 5. Experience in content and influencer strategy management Organization / Project-Management / Creativity 1. Works well with deadlines, under pressure and handles interruptions / ad-hoc requests well; sound project management and coordination skills, agile to changes and willing to take challenges 2. Experience in copywriting, site management 3. Solid organizational, time management and communication skills 4. Self-initiation and driven to learn new tools and format 5. Attention to detail and ability to work in matrix background and pull resources / support from multi-functional team
