Corporate Communications Manager– Communication Function
Description Roles & Responsibilities Corporate Communications Manager: This is a position with responsibility for Corporate Communications, focusing on corporate cause, executive communications, social responsibilities (CSR) and community partnership. - Execute master communications plans to strengthen corporate cause, social responsibilities and community, and government relationship to protect and build the Company’s business - Assist to drive compelling executive communications internally and externally by enabling the GM to build company business and reputations for our employees and external stakeholders. - Lead strategic thinking and oversee the development of strategic relationship building and partnering programs with key stakeholders focusing on corporate cause, social responsibilities and community relationship, including, but not limited to, news media, academic institutions, and other influencers with the aim to influence key thought leaders who can influence P&G image and reputation and become advocates for the Company - Build an effective network to become the first line of trusted source – inside out, outside in - of information about P&G and China’s corporate cause, social responsibilities and community relationship. Influence the network positively. Communicate the Company’s key messages on cause, CSR and community relationship effectively via the network to other key stakeholders - Lead issue and crisis management resolutions
Qualifications: Profile (m/f) 5-7 years communications experience MBA or advanced degree in Communications, Marketing or related field. Strong sensitivity to crisis management Knowledge of CSR and government network is a plus English and Cantonese speaker Personal Skills Strong strategic thinking and business acumen and strong skills to pitch story to create compelling story telling and messages. Dynamic, passionate, authentic and with a positive mindset Hardworking, resourceful and capability to multitask; able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner Good combination of “being strategic” and “hands on” Smart, proactive and daring: capable of thinking out of the box Strong teamwork and leadership skills; able to engage team members through ideas and passion Flexible and able to connect with people and build her/his path in a complex organization Digitally-savvy with strong understanding of social media, including Facebook, Instagram and key domestic social platforms.Apply Now
