Consumer Relations Specialist
Description Description of the role: • Lead team to deliver consumer-centric value to meet global KPIs. • Guide and lead team member to deliver product/services which meet consumer request and needs. • Drive asset efficiency through enhance vendor resource innovation and streamlined system. • Manage consumer service for new brand/service and build up consumer trust and loyalty. • Consumer issue and crisis management: identify and develop problem solving process and FAQs, handle consumer complaint/issue timely. • Schedule and conduct product/service training to develop advisor’s capability. • Build good relations with commercial team to support business decisions and promotion plan. • Develop and update consumer voice report. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. • A minimum of 3 years' experience. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent Cantonese, Chinese and English. • Proven experience on communication, eg. Consumer relations or public relations. • Solid experience on consumer complaint handling, relevant KPIs tracking and issue & crisis management. • Maintain a positive attitude toward consumer relations management.Apply Now
