Brand Communications Manager - First Aid Beauty- Brand Management Function

Description YOUR ROLE AS A COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER: • Work with a multi-functional team and agency partners to prospect, develop and activate impactful influencer and media relationships celebrity, top influencer and media relationships. • Working with global team to localize and lead communication and creative breakthrough • Develop (1) End to End Search-Back (SEO, SEM) and Social Media Strategies, (2) Prospecting, engaging and briefing relevant media / KOLs, (3) Reviewing results and effectiveness of KOL/ media and coming up with new and innovative ways to work with them. • Support Issue management which would include message track creation, liaison with internal and external media, KOL stakeholders, etc.

Lead With Courage • Lead and build the social core team with self-learning drive in latest trend in social and digital landscape • Use judgement in dealing with complex and diverse social environment and lead on innovation • Able to influence and engage business leaders with insights and strategies 2. Execute With Excellence • High bar on pull content from idea to delivery with excellent project execution skills • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Ensures agencies have the knowledge, skills, resource and tools to deliver the desired service 3. Bring Out Our Best • Build strong relationships across business team and leadership engagement • Coach brand managers on category social knowledge and execution • Agency management: Engage, energise and enable agencies to identify opportunities for service improvements 4. Communication Skills • Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally/externally • Excellent verbal and writing communication in local language & strong English communication. Cantonese is optional. 5. Relevant Experience of Beauty • Have 5-8 years of beauty and or relevant experience working with media and KOLs in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and driving consumer engagement with Gen Z and Young Millennials • Have excellent knowledge of Hong Kong and Taiwan media and social landscape (Google Search/ Instagram/ Twitter/ LINE/ Emerging Platforms). • Have strong experience in activating and orchestrating influencer and media relationships across platforms to bring to life high-impact, disruptive brand communication that is able to step change brand equity and drive business in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
