Overview of the job
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Keeper and Chief Pharmacist. As a warehouse keeper you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of our warehouse, overseeing and co-ordinating the daily warehouse activities. Your role will manage movement of stocks to and from the warehouse, ensure the right inventory controls to be put in place. You are also accountable for maintaining regulatory standards as chief pharmacist of P&G Foreign Invested Enterprise (FIE) importer of pharmaceutical products, supporting Good Storage Practices (GSP) for medicinal products, Certificate of Satisfactory Conditions (CSC) submission dossiers.
Responsibilities of the role
Receive all goods into the warehouse and ensure proper storage and warehouse management
Maintain accuracy between actual stock balance and records in the system.
Develop, implement and enhance the warehouse structures and procedures.
Responsible for safety and security of the warehouse and stock items.
Check goods storage conditions (heat, humidity, termite prevention, beetles, mice, insects, moisture, fire, leak, labor safety and hygiene, etc)
Conducting and preparation of monthly stock taking, stock reports and reconciliation
Communicate with and dispense products as per requirements by the customers.
Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up on time.
Manage the quantity of goods and keep quality standards high to comply with procedure, rules, regulations for audits.
You will report directly to Personal Health Care Supply Chain Manager and Head of Regulatory
How success looks like
After 1st quarter:
Completely review list of SOPs for GSP, CSC submission
Support Site master file preparation
Be well prepared for GSP, CSC auditing
Support to fulfill the requirements from Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) after auditing
After 1st Half-Year:
Successfully obtain GSP, CSC licences
Start operating warehouse to be ready for 1st shipment receiving.
After 1st year:
Fulfill the responsibilities of the role
Measure and report the effectiveness of vendor’s services
Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
- An associate Pharmaceutical Degree or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Owning pharmacy practice certificate ready for Chief Pharmacist registration
- 2-year working experience in warehouse as warehouse keeper/QA/chief pharmacist
- MS Office proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
