First Aid Beauty Senior Brand Manager
Description
• Lead, develop, and execute First Aid Beauty eCommerce strategy & plan to accelerate in-market revenue growth and new user growth.
• Lead, develop, and execute user growth plan across eCommerce platforms
• Lead holistic traffic planning (eMedia, social, content, etc.), analysis, and optimization to achieve traffic growth with improved efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and execute brand / initiative activation plan to drive traffic and shopper / customer excitement.
• Liaise with total brand team and ebusiness central team to define strategies for our ecommerce business.
• Lead multifunctional team to execute the plan, improve online business scale.
Qualifications: • Education degree – Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in years 3-5 years of brand marketing experience
• Preference - Recent experience (at least 18 months) in brand eCommerce (preferred in Skincare industry) or with brand management campaign design experience.
• Experience of managing a team
