Description - Collect in market data and process platform Ecom operation data to develop strategy of • category management • shopper cluster and user operation • eMedia and Customer Relationship Marketing optimization. - Conduct data and user marketing tools of Ecom platform, to attract new traffic, uplift penetration among Target Audience and improve effectiveness and efficiency of Ecom media / Customer Relationship Marketing touch-point activities. - Develop user operation and Customer Relationship Marketing proposal and detail plan to execute. Lead on private domain marketing activities to improve Target audience Life Time Value and membership value.
Qualifications: • Bachelor and above degree, major in e-commerce or marketing is preferred. • 1 years and above working experience in e-commerce related industry. Customer Relationship Marketing, eMedia, Store Operation, E-marketing and E-Key Account related experience is a plus. • Resilient, practical, proactive, collaborative and be good at communication and engagement.
