E-commerce Graphic Designer
Description • The role is responsible for understanding brand visual identity, build master design/execution design for E-com store design, campaigns, and digital products with a focus on design, creativity, and efficiency. • Work with design director closely to craft creative execution and lead external agencies and vendor. • Demonstrate tight-knit collaboration and communication skills to work with multi-functional team, to enable the smooth and timely execution of all creative projects from concept to completion • Lead work with speed & flexibility in uncertain circumstances. • Understand Chinese consumers and what the latest trend is. Ability to translate design trends and consumer insights into action is a key business value. • Location: Guangzhou, China
Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in communication design or similar subject area • At Least 2-3 Years' experience in consumer goods industry or design agency preferred.(Experience in e-commerce or digital is preferred, not mandatory • Great sense of creativity and eye for beauty, needs to be flexible in an environment of constant change. Engage and influence senior management and cross-functional partners. Develop strong credibility at all levels of the organization. • Layout/graphic design mastery • Software fluency high affinity with graphic programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe creative suite, etc). • Strong teamwork & design leadership skills with proven experience to efficient bring design strategy all the way to execution while fully articulating the target consumer and business needs. • Project & time management to deliver projects. • Passionate about skincare! ※Please kindly attach your English CV/Portfolio when you apply for this job.
