Description 1. Managing daily customer quality orders, ensure the order accurate and timeliness. 2. Providing order related daily customer service by acting as communication interface between P&G and customers, help customer to solve the order related issue and effective escalation to KU/managers. 3. Contribute customers service and help on SAMBC, case fill rate, billing accuracy, call service, customer rejection, customer complaint, order process on-time, and delivery on time, etc. 4. Leading or supporting action plan development to continuously improve customer service results and process productivity. 5. Cover mentioned responsibilities above when backup other CSR job. 6. Participate and contribute the OM related customer projects.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Good command of English both at speaking & writing 3. Strong sense of responsibilities, willing to learn
