• Plan and deliver P&G HABA CRM strategies across brands across omni channels by encouraging consumer’s acquisition, frequency up and cross-sell.
• Develop and upgrade P&G WeChat private domain operation to drive commercial opportunities and brand building.
• Develop Media-CRM integration marketing strategy and plans in partner with multi-functional teams by delivering high efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead big data enabled user operation capabilities via CDP & Marketing Automation for flawless consumer experience.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in English writing and reading.
• Familiar with shopper marketing/retail marketing/user operation is preferred.
• Strong Leadership Skills to lead to envision the future of your business, to engage/ enable/ energize the multifunctional team and implement plans with completion.
• Strong problem solving with creativity & innovation Think.
