Consumer Relations Manager
Description 1.lead the GCR services as Brand/channel SPOC upon the alignment with the business leaders (i.g. Brand Management, Comms, Commercial Leader). 2. Be accountable to business leaders for the service results. Typical success measurements include service level, consumer experience, value creation (e.g. conversion, retention in eCom) 3.Lead to develop brand/channel where to play/how to win strategy to craft consumer service experience and to ensure overall client happiness with GCR service. 4.Be seen as the CR service SPOC with strong working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English writing and speaking. • 1-2 years working experience, experienced or knowledgeable in Marketing/E-com/Consumer relations. Have related project management will be preferential. • Strength in data analysis to assess optimization opportunities. • Strong logical thinking ability and coordination ability. • Ability to work well on own as well as part of a team while understand cultural diversity.Apply Now
