Description Brand Communications • Grasp the social trends and insights and formulates effective communication strategy and drive brand equity/Top of Mind Awareness via brand building campaign and social maximization. • Tell compelling stories and create content to effectively touch consumers. Deliver business target through social grass-seeding/live streaming/ social campaign • Protect brand reputation via always on issue & crisis management • Drive advocacy from partners; connect with celebrity/Key Opinion Leader/Professionals via effective communication& relationship management to help our brands win trust form consumers Consumer Relations • Inject consumer voice into brand management and interpret consumer's voice to company and brand, optimize consumer experience. • Lead to develop brand channels (social media, e-commerce platform, hotline, emails) strategy to craft consumer service experience and to ensure overall client happiness with Global Consumer Relations (GCR) service. • A team player and be the Consumer Relations (CR) service Single Point Of Contact with strong working relationships across the organization. Company Communications • Build the positive image and tell the story of P&G as a corporate brand • Develop and maintain media relationship and build company reputation • Operate corporate own media platforms to make company to be heard • Plan the speech for P&G president to tell company story internally and externally • Encourage employees with excellent internal communications • Support E-com business with industry insight • Build company as a force for good and a force for growth via citizenship programs Scientific Communications • Integrates technology and business creativity to build brands credibility. Run the design of science superiority product stories, claims and assets with true technical knowledge and easy to understand and ready to use • Demonstrate company's outstanding science, proprietary technology, Research & Development facility and consumer understanding with the external Influencers who will in return influence consumers with the outstanding value of the products. • Own the credentialing programs and ready-to-use scientific assets that will lead to trusted external partners endorsing P&G products and technologies with the independent media and the consumers. • Build and maintain strong & long-term relationships with key external scientific leaders who can help to build up the brand equity and the business. Creative Communications • Expert of creativity. Maximize brand and build businesses through the development and delivery of highly strategic and creative multi-channel communications. • Not only a “brand artist”, but also an excellent business creator. Leverage creative idea assets including visuals, videos etc. and maximize brand communication and in social.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above; • Leadership, analytical thinking, creative spirit, and courage to meet challenges; • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills; • High EQ to establish long-term win-win relationship • Paying attention and understanding to current events, social platforms, e-commerce trends and how to play; • Good at telling stories, know how to create popular products with creativity.
