Description • Consulting and guiding brand teams on their brand positioning as well as their advertising, from strategy and equity development to creative briefing and evaluation of executions, across all content types (social, videos, O2O, in-store etc). • Collaborate and work together with internal brand teams and crafting a holistic marketing plan which are Brand Building Coordinated. • Provide a top-line strategic view by reviewing all communication across external creative partners and internal brand teams. • Identifying award-winning works that are multifaceted and sell to strive business' objectives • Crafting new brand building knowledges that lead industry development, mentoring marketing skills to improve on capabilities within P&G.
Qualifications: • You are a strategic problem solver and possess a true passion for advertising in all forms. • Deep familiarity with the China market • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and leadership skills • Strong negotiator with ability to navigate difficult conversations • Strong interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English are highly-preferred. • 7-10 years' experience, and a strong background of developing successful communication/ marketing programs across contact points. (This experience could have come from working at an agency (traditional or digital) or at one of the tech companies or within P&G, in any marketing-related subject area such as Communications/ CMK/Brand/ Design). • Prepared to move out of the “up-or-out” line marketing career path; and accept a career shift to an expertise career path. • Willing to live in Guangzhou
