Analytics and Insights Manager - Feminine Care Global Brand Franchise

We are currently looking for an individual that recognizes him/herself in the above for an exciting role in our Feminine Care organization.

Feminine Care is a core category for P&G, growing healthily and critically important in terms of turnover and profit.
In Feminine Care, our mission is to help girls and women to be more confident. We enable that through superior innovation and brand building with our love mark brands Always, Naturella, Discreet, Tampax, Always Discreet… and many more.
Consumer understanding and consequently the CMK discipline is at the heart of Feminine Care. We are currently looking to fill a CMK Manager position in our Global Brand Franchise Organization. The individual will lead the consumer and market analytics and insights for one of the fastest growing sub-lines of the Always brand, with geographic responsibilities including Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with good English skills, analytical skills and team orientation, “can-do” attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.


You would ideally:

  • have4-6 years relevant work experience;
  • have very Strong analytical and statistical skills, using multiple data sources. Comfortable with data analysis. Experience with programming (e.g. Matlab, SPSS, SAS, JMP, Python, Tableau, Knime) considered a plus;
  • have creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, communication and priority setting;
  • come from a Data Analytics / Statistics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Social Studies and/or Anthropological / Psychology background;
  • have the ability to contribute to, collaborate with and influence your business team as well as management;
  • have no restrictions with travelling to Saudi Arabia.
