• Responsible for the overall Sales target delivery for regional Feminine Care business.
• Download Feminine Care category sell in plan, deliver NOS / volume and Superior Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf).
• Responsible for the regional indirect distribution coverage, and regional retail and direct distribution coverage through business partnership.
• Drive regular business review, identify business opportunities and make effective business execution plan.
Qualifications: • Willing to work for the Feminine Care industry.
• Excellent customer engagement /selling / business analyze skill and learning agility.
• Competent user of Microsoft outlook/excel /word.
