The role of Cosmetic Store Training Supervisor is to enable Full Service Distributor (FSD) to grow Cosmetic Store dedicate portfolio business via Beauty Consultant training design and delivery, Sell-through program execution, and FSD organization capability building. The key tasks of a Cosmetic Store Training Supervisor include regional Beauty Consultant training plan and content design, in-store training deliver, FSD trainer mentor & development, and Key Consumption Period Campaign design & execution. Also, Cosmetic Store Training Supervisor is accountable for Full Service Distributor & Regional Distributor behaving with stewardship and compliance.
Qualifications: • Leadership and ownership, to think and act as a Cosmetic Store business specialist
• Skills: basic planning/ selling/ interpersonal communication skills and strong training and mentor capability
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cosmetic Store shopper insight and Key Business Driver.
• Flexibility: a flexible schedule of frequent business travel
