As an IT Engineer in our team, your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
• Developing, improving and maintaining system solutions that help transform innovation and technology into a daring advantage
• Assessing new business needs against current capabilities and identifying requirements and associated value where functional gaps are identified.
• Partnering with our business partners and technology suppliers to design, build and qualify new capabilities required to deliver the master-plan.
• Identifying innovation opportunities and developing business cases, then driving operational proof of concept to confirm viability.
•Recent graduates (Bachelor or master’s in Computer Science, Digital Engineering or similar) or professionals with a passion for IT in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience working on IT projects (gained during studies, personal projects or up to 3 years of professional experience), and eager to develop a career in using IT to transform the business.
•Good understanding of the Application Management Lifecycle: knowledge and experience in managing application development from requirements gathering, to design, configuration/development, validation and rollout. Ability to be hands on and understand the capabilities offered by complex applications, then to simplify these solutions for broader consumption.
•Passion for manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify loss elimination and automation opportunities.
•Ability to execute complex projects including clear communication of status to meaningful parties.
•Desire to build deep technical skills and expertise to deliver sustainable applications and capabilities.
•Very good communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate complex issues and solutions in a way that can drive decisions with technical and business partners.
