Description

Are you passionate about solving tough challenges? How would you like to use your analytical skills to find creative solutions for consumer's everyday problems?


Glad is a billion-dollar global brand co-owned by Procter & Gamble and Clorox via Joint Venture. Our organization is responsible for identifying unmet consumer needs and developing technology solutions to deliver consumer delight via improved product performance. Glad is seeking a quantitative data modeler to develop new insights and deep consumer and technical understanding through holistic generation and analysis of technical data, consumer response data, and sensory measures. You will own consumer product modeling for all of Glad, developing and growing internal capability in the area of data science, and extract new findings and insights to influence the strategic direction of the brand.


Qualifications

We are looking for you:

  • To have a BS or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
  • Be an innovative, strategic thinker
  • Be a strong collaborator
  • Be agile with a flow-to-work attitude with bias toward action
  • To have a high aptitude and skillset in quantitative methodologies (linear, regression, probabilistic) and software (e.g. JMP)
