Key Account Manager
Description • Key Account Manager is the end to end owner for distributor hub business • He/she needs to lead hub business plan alignment, execution, tracking, review and optimization. • He/she is encouraged to lead sell in/sell through of top stores and enable distributor team to win First Moment of Truth in top stores. • Be accountable for key projects sell in and execution. • He/she also shall develop distributor's capability and fully enable distributor team. • Moreover, distributor daily operation work with Multi-Function team is also Key Account Manager's main responsibility, while he/she is also required to co-work with Unit Manager to ensure distributor data accuracy, review& monitor fund use.
Qualifications: • Strong leadership and ownership, to think and act as an entrepreneur. • Skills: Strong selling skills, powerful interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge: Understand Key Business Driver (KBD) of channel, category; and has shopper knowledge. • Training: Training capability to develop new join-in employee and distributor sales team. • Flexibility: a flexible schedule of frequent business travel.Apply Now
