Who we are:

The Sales department leads the collaboration with our customers and develops strategic selling concepts and activities to grow our business and the customers’ sales. We work with customers, whether in stores, retailers, headquarters, influencers or end-users, to align strategies and exchange capabilities, competencies and assets. The common objective is that both companies achieve greater turnover, market share and profitability than they could have achieved separately.

Your Role:


As a Sales Key Account Specialist you will:

  • Impact brands that touch consumers' lives all over the world while influencing customers and distributors to build their business through merchandising and pricing actions on our brands.

  • Develop assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research.

  • Design business plans which will deliver each brand volume, share objectives while helping customers develop programs which will build the business for them and us

  • Be our external face in the market. It offers you an outstanding opportunity to work with the customers (retailers) in activities spanning from field sales to key account management and sales support in different teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with 0 – 5 years of meaningful Sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred)
  • Born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales
  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Good command of the French & English local language
  • Must be a Moroccan Citizen.
