Regulatory Affairs Manager (Scientist)
Description Procter & Gamble's Global Product Stewardship (GPS) group at the Beijing Innovation Center has a scientist position opening for a regulatory project leader. This position is mainly responsible for providing technical compliance analysis for the company to support the research and development of new products, new formulas and packaging, the product registration, and compliance work related to post-marketing supervision to ensure product compliance and safety in whole innovation life cycle. The job is technically results-oriented and encompasses a diverse global business environment. Key responsibilities include: The successful candidate will serve as the GPS regulatory project leader, responsible for the technical compliance of pesticide products. • In all stages of product development, as the project leader, provide the project team with technical compliance analysis for raw materials, product formulations and innovative designs, and cooperate with the company's toxicologist to provide human risk and environmental risk assessment. • Establish effective partnership and communication within GPS and with other internal functions, including Product Design, Product Research, Legal, Quality Assurance and External Relations, etc. • In external regulatory monitoring, analysis and the execution of product registration, effectively collaborate and communicate with the authority and P&G's third-party partners. Deliver the project with high quality and agility.
Qualifications: • More than 3 years' work experience in pesticide registration, familiar with relevant regulations on pesticide registration. • Capability of quickly analyze and interpret complex information, design and execute actions according to the project need. • Have excellent teamwork spirit and good communication skills, able to work optimally in a global international team. • Be able to adapt to the rapid development and constant changes of the environment, make reasonable prioritization of work, and maintain efficient communication in project team. • Have the ability to work independently and excellent leadership, be able to motivate and be independent. • High attention to details, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to work fluently in English in daily work.
