Personal Care Product Research - Senior Scientist
Description • Develop holistic consumer proposition and driving irresistible superiority through in depth understanding of consumer, product, package and technology, in partnership with multi-functional peers. • Work with commercial team to deliver Go-to-Market toolbox readiness and drive outstanding communication via Claim, Demo and Technical Product Story. • Drive project direction and decision making based on the consumer, technical and market learning and insights from the project/ program level learning plans, and/or competitive landscape and business environment understanding. • Responsible for the creation of consumer research proposal, executing the study preparation and placement, as well as conducting detailed analysis, documenting and presenting findings to provide clear direction for project/program. • Engage across broader networks, both internally and externally to seek out the better solution to address consumer needs，irresistible superiority, not only for short term project needs, but develop longer term innovation pipeline. • Being active practitioners for a broad range of Product Research craft and coaches, trains, and develops capability for organization and product researcher community.
Qualifications: • Have experience of Franchise product researcher and master core product research skill including qualitative and quantitative methodology, Claim, Demo, Consumer Job-to-be-done and familiar with main systems in company to enable pre-market and market roll out product release and launch. Strong passion for learning from consumer and also growing in Product Research is valued. • Outstanding communication skill and collaboration. The candidate will closely work with multi-functional partners in GC End-to-End commercial team, and partner with technical community in managing innovation projects/programs, with providing very clear consumer feedback and requirement. • Strong Technical curiosity. The candidate is encouraged to quickly develop deep technical expertise and category knowledge in the first 6-12 months after joining. • Agility and Resilience.
