• Category capability building, a. Retail distributor sales team category capability building b. Regional distributor In Store Programs, Promotion, or Performance category capability building.
• Coverage go deep. a. New sub-d development b. Mid/Small Wholesale order meeting.
Qualifications: • College's degree or above.
• Passion to work in Oral Care business.
• Good communication and business analyze skill.
• Strong leadership and ownership to grow category business.
• Sales background is helpful.
