Oral Care Analytical Associate Scientist / Scientist - Research & Development
Description • Define and execute experiments and learning plans to enable a holistic and deep understanding on technology, raw material, formulation, process, packaging, product quality, etc. • Partner with multiple functions and global R&D technical centers for product innovation and qualification. • Drive measurement capability innovation and modeling via internal and external collaboration to contribute on not only short-term deliverable but also long-term innovation pipeline.
Qualifications: • Master or Ph.D. degree, major in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, analytical chemistry, biology and other related majors is preferred. • Have a solid knowledge of chemistry, and be familiar with chemical analysis methods, equipment and operation. • Excellent team spirit and good communication skills, able to work effectively in the global international team. • Be able to adapt to the rapid developing and continuously changed environment, make reasonable distinction and timely adjustment to the work priority, and maintain the efficient communication among project team members. • Have the ability to work independently and possess excellent leadership, be self-motivated and independent. • Pay attention to details, have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can use English fluently in daily work. • Master data analysis related knowledge and software (Matlab, JMP, SAS, etc.), and have the application experiences of programming language (Python, C language, Java, etc.)Apply Now
